Together with the main instructions for the undertaking, Proposition to the Storting no. 1 S and the budget recommendation, the letter of allocation sets out the frameworks, prerequisites and requirements applicable to the Norwegian Centre against Marine Litter in 2022. The letter of allocation and instructions form the basis for the Norwegian Centre against Marine Litter’s reporting throughout the year.
